這學(xué)期是我任教的第一學(xué)期，我擔(dān)任初一級七班，八班的英語教學(xué)。由于教學(xué)經(jīng)驗頗淺。因此，我對教學(xué)工作不敢怠慢，認(rèn)真研究，深入研究教法，虛心向前輩研究。經(jīng)過一個學(xué)期的努力，獲取了很多寶貴的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。以下是我在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)情況。
一方面，農(nóng)村的學(xué)生英語聽，說的能力相對較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學(xué)，同學(xué)們還不適應(yīng)。另一方面，七班的同學(xué)比力活躍，上課氣氛積極，但中等生占較大多半，尖子生相對較少。因此，講得太深，沒有照顧到團(tuán)體，而八班的同學(xué)比力沉靜，研究欠積極性，雖然優(yōu)良生比例大，但中下層面而也廣，我備課時也沒有注意到這點，因此教學(xué)效果不如理想。從此可以看出，了解及分析學(xué)生實際情況，實事求是，具體題目具體分析，做到因材施教，對授課效果有直接影響。這就是教誨學(xué)中提到的“備教法的同時要備學(xué)生”。這一理論在我的教學(xué)實踐中得到了驗證。
教學(xué)中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學(xué)生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性，曾有一位前輩對我說：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費心機(jī)?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，因此，每天我都花費大量的時間在備課之上，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實證明是值得的。
一堂準(zhǔn)備充分的課，會令學(xué)生和老師都獲益不淺。比方我在教授unit3、leon9的時候，這課的主題是“如何訊問和回答工夫”，教學(xué)難度比力大。假如標(biāo)新立異地教學(xué)，學(xué)生會感到困難和沉悶。為了上好這堂課，我當(dāng)真研究了課文，找出了重點，難點，準(zhǔn)備有針對性地講。為了令教學(xué)活潑，不沉悶，我還為此準(zhǔn)備了大量的教具，授課時就胸有成竹了。當(dāng)講到

是”quarter”了。這樣學(xué)生就形象地明白了這兩個單詞。而講到如何表達(dá)時間時，我用了一個用紅卡紙做的大鐘，同學(xué)們一開始就被它吸引住了，顯得頗有積極性。用實物讓學(xué)生練”what’sthetime？it’s……”的句型，學(xué)生特別用功，教學(xué)效果十分理想。相反，我沒有認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n的時候，課堂氣氛沉悶，教學(xué)效果不好，與此相比可見，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n對教學(xué)十分重要。特別是對英語這門學(xué)生不甚熟悉并感到困難的外語來說至關(guān)重要。
備課充分，能調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的能力，因為學(xué)生在課堂上的一舉一動都市直接影響課堂教學(xué)。因此上課一定要設(shè)法令學(xué)生投入，不讓其分心，這就很講究方法了。上課內(nèi)容豐富，現(xiàn)實。教態(tài)自然，講課活潑，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學(xué)生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學(xué)生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍?；乜醋约旱氖谡n，我感到有點愧疚，因為有時我并不能很好地做到這點。當(dāng)學(xué)生在課堂上無心向?qū)W，違反紀(jì)律時，我的情感就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學(xué)中，讓原本正常的講課受到?jīng)_擊，發(fā)揮不到應(yīng)有的`水平，以致影響教學(xué)效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采納有利方法辦理當(dāng)中困難。
英語是一門外語，對學(xué)生而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語，就要讓學(xué)生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學(xué)生對這門學(xué)科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不原學(xué)，也無法學(xué)下去。為此，我采取了一些方法，就是幫助班上的同學(xué)改英文名，盡量多講一些關(guān)于英美國家的文化，生活故事，近來更幫部分同學(xué)交上了”XXX”，讓他們更了解英語，更喜歡研究英語。因為只有英語水平提高，他們才能達(dá)到交異國筆友的目的，同時也可以提高同學(xué)們的英語寫作能力，對成績優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)很有好處。因為英語的特殊情況，學(xué)生在不斷研究中，會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴(kuò)大，會嚴(yán)重影響班內(nèi)的研究風(fēng)氣。因此，絕對不能忽視。為此，我制定了具體的計劃和目標(biāo)。對這部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行有計劃的輔導(dǎo)。例如在七班，我把這批同學(xué)分為三個組。第一組是有能力提高，但平時懶動腦筋不學(xué)的同學(xué)，對這些同學(xué)，我采取集體輔導(dǎo)，給他們分配固定任務(wù)，不讓他們有偷懶的機(jī)會，讓他們發(fā)揮應(yīng)有水平；第二組是肯學(xué)，但由于能力不強(qiáng)的同學(xué)。對這部分同學(xué)要適當(dāng)引導(dǎo)，耐心教導(dǎo)，慢慢提高他們的成績，不能操之過急，且要多鼓勵。只要他們肯努力，成績有望搞提高；第三組是紀(jì)律松散，研究不認(rèn)真，基礎(chǔ)又不好的同學(xué)。對這部分人要進(jìn)行課余時間個別輔導(dǎo)。因為這部分同學(xué)需要一個安靜而又不受干擾的環(huán)境，才會立下心來研究。只要堅持輔導(dǎo)，這些同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)重新建立起來，以后授課的效果就會更好。

本課是詞匯教學(xué)課，而所學(xué)內(nèi)容又是同學(xué)日常生活中所非常熟悉的事物。因此，從同學(xué)已有的知識經(jīng)驗動身，我先進(jìn)行一個chant，”I have a pencil，I have a ruler。”先拼讀這些簡單的單詞。這個環(huán)節(jié)，不只通過chant活躍課堂氣氛，而且通過拼讀這些簡單的單詞，讓每一位同學(xué)都有成績感覺，激起他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。從拼讀book，Where is mybook?自然而然地引出書房，在不知不覺中把同學(xué)引入新知識的學(xué)習(xí)中。同時，在操練新單詞時，我利用”say something to study?！皝砑ぐl(fā)同學(xué)對所學(xué)新單詞說一些話，防止了單調(diào)的為學(xué)單詞而學(xué)單詞。這樣，既有利于同學(xué)口語的表達(dá)，也在他們已學(xué)的`句型中鞏固新單詞，讓新單詞在句子中閃光，這時同學(xué)各種精彩的詞句也就會出現(xiàn)了。
整節(jié)課，我覺得自身不是地道地作為一個老師在教給同學(xué)這些單詞，同時也是投入到同學(xué)當(dāng)中，和他們一起學(xué)習(xí)。教師投入了，同學(xué)自然而然就被帶進(jìn)來了。因此，課堂氣氛很好，同學(xué)學(xué)得有勁，老師也教得有勁，課堂效率就高了。

通過本節(jié)課，也發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身在很多方面，也還有缺乏之處，如Let’sdo的時候，我是沒有讓同學(xué)完整地聽一遍，就直接讓他們做了。應(yīng)該進(jìn)行完整教學(xué)，讓他們先完整地聽一遍，一方面加強(qiáng)他們的聽力能力，另一方面也培養(yǎng)同學(xué)學(xué)會傾聽。在操練Let’sdo的時候，應(yīng)該先進(jìn)行小組合作訓(xùn)練，讓同學(xué)先在四人小組中先一個人說指令，再叫起來示范。再則，應(yīng)該把Let’sdo的操練落實到每一位同學(xué)，同學(xué)之間互相操練，這不只能給每個同學(xué)動手、動口的機(jī)會，而且還便于教師進(jìn)行個別指導(dǎo)。

回顧自己將近20年來在英語教學(xué)中的點點滴滴，感覺并沒有什么特別絕對行之有效的“錦囊奇策”，有的只是嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ髁?，靈活的教學(xué)方法?？傊痪湓挘懈冻鼍陀惺斋@，成績和平時心血的付出成正比。其實我一直感覺教師與教師之間的常識水平并沒有太大的差距，重點是在教學(xué)進(jìn)程中怎樣去表現(xiàn)自己，鼓動學(xué)生，對上好一節(jié)課有無去想辦法，有無時刻給自己提綱求，有無經(jīng)常深思自己的教學(xué)方法，下面是我在教學(xué)中會經(jīng)常注意的一些地方。
一、師生關(guān)系
良好的師生關(guān)系是保證完成教學(xué)任務(wù)的重要條件，要做一名學(xué)生喜歡的英語老師。學(xué)生親其師，方能信其道，樂其道，才能積極的接受教師傳授的知識，提高研究興趣。每個老師都是為了學(xué)生好，可是有時學(xué)生真的是不領(lǐng)情，那么為什么學(xué)生就不明白我們的良苦用心呢？所以建立良好的師生關(guān)系顯得尤為重要，要想方設(shè)法讓學(xué)生對老師佩服，信服，并且樂于和你交流，愿意聽你的話。這就要求我們在各個方面都要加以注意，比如：知識豐富全面，教學(xué)敬業(yè)，關(guān)愛關(guān)注學(xué)生，風(fēng)趣幽默，了解孩子的心理，懂得他們的愛好興趣，尊重信任學(xué)生。
二、熱情
教師要有飽滿的熱情，滿懷激情地走進(jìn)教室，要感染學(xué)生，激發(fā)學(xué)生的情感，使課堂氣氛活躍，目標(biāo)一致，煥發(fā)英語課堂活力，以達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。
想象學(xué)生從早到晚，坐在教室里，一節(jié)課接著一節(jié)課，很容易產(chǎn)生視覺疲勞，聽覺疲勞。如果老師總是板著面孔，傳授知識，那很難激發(fā)學(xué)生的研究興趣。因此，在教學(xué)中教師要注意情感的釋放，教師走進(jìn)課堂就應(yīng)該象演員走進(jìn)攝影棚，立刻進(jìn)入角色，動作神態(tài)逼真?zhèn)魃?，富于激情，用自己的教學(xué)熱情去激發(fā)起學(xué)生的相應(yīng)情感體驗，以富有表現(xiàn)力的.面部表情，恰當(dāng)自然的形態(tài)動作給學(xué)生深刻的感染，加速激活認(rèn)知能力。
三、課堂氣氛
我以為好的課堂教學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)是嚴(yán)厲與寬松相結(jié)合的。假如一節(jié)課一嚴(yán)到底學(xué)生會感到很壓抑，久而久之便會對你的課堂失去興趣，從而對這一科失去研究的信心，甚至還會產(chǎn)生抵觸的心理，那就根本談不上研究效果?？梢酝ㄟ^小幽默，小笑話，小比賽，小表演來活躍課堂氣氛，讓學(xué)生愈加自然、輕松、舒暢的研究常識。
四、精講多練
初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果英語老師是“一張嘴，一支筆，從上課講到下課?！钡慕虒W(xué)模式，就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學(xué)生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學(xué)生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。一節(jié)英語課千萬不可貪多，講許多知識點。一節(jié)新課可適當(dāng)降低難度，知識點可精講精煉。整節(jié)課就幾個重點反復(fù)操練，多讀，多用，以達(dá)到學(xué)生課下能正確運用的目標(biāo)。比如我會經(jīng)常實行“一分鐘背書”，四五句話看誰一分鐘能夠背完?！耙豢跉庥⒄Z”，一個長的句子或兩個句子，一口氣說下來，中間不準(zhǔn)換氣，看誰說的最快，最溜。在不知不覺中，很多的重點句型當(dāng)堂就掌握背熟了?，F(xiàn)在我上課只要一說“一口氣英語”，學(xué)生就會馬上興奮的進(jìn)入戰(zhàn)斗狀態(tài)。
五、興趣
對于學(xué)生的研究興趣，我們要特別注意培養(yǎng)和保護(hù)，注意教學(xué)的活潑性和趣味性，使課堂教學(xué)生充滿激情和樂趣。而學(xué)校白板設(shè)施的裝置給我們提供了絕好的平臺，使我們的課堂得到了無限的擴(kuò)展，產(chǎn)生了無限的可能，使得從前比力貧乏的教學(xué)手腕豐滿立體起來。比如英語歌曲，西方民俗，社會現(xiàn)象，熱點新聞，小游戲，有趣的小視頻等等，都可以充實到我們的課堂中來。比如，對于某些沒有研究自傲的學(xué)生，我曾經(jīng)播放過一個網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播很廣的小視頻，《死亡爬行》，讓他們相信自己，勇于拼搏，同時也學(xué)學(xué)英語中，鼓勵的話都怎樣說。母親節(jié)時，我給她們播放了一個英語高手模仿各國母親說英語，同時號召他們回家實行3H打算，三個H代表一個擁抱（hug），一句謝謝（thankyou），幫媽媽做一件事（help）。本學(xué)期開學(xué)之初，我給學(xué)生們引見了暑假里流行的冰桶挑戰(zhàn)，看XXX，XXX，XXX是如何挑戰(zhàn)冰桶的。研究動物稱號時，我給他們播放去年的網(wǎng)絡(luò)英語，狐貍叫，讓他們聽英語中動物是怎樣叫的。工夫一久，這些興趣就會轉(zhuǎn)化為強(qiáng)大內(nèi)部研究動機(jī)。
六、暗示
當(dāng)向上的信念指引某人的行動時，他所向往的所有高度都有可能到達(dá)。那我們有無給自己的學(xué)生足夠的暗示呢？
英語材的特點，決定了學(xué)生在研究過程中只有大膽的進(jìn)行語言實踐，才能真正掌握知識。而我們的學(xué)生普遍感到英語研究吃力，慢慢地產(chǎn)生了厭倦畏懼的心理，從而喪失了研究英語的信心。為了擺脫這種狀況，我在教學(xué)隨時利用一切機(jī)會，因勢利導(dǎo)，以表揚為主，鼓勵為輔，暗示他們每一個人都可以把英語學(xué)好。比如講句子結(jié)構(gòu)時，我就會說，英國人特笨，中國人特聰明，為什么？你看，他們把句子最重要的主語“人”放最前邊，謂語動詞做了什么挨著主語放，其它不重要的時間啊地點啊方式啊原因啊全扔在后邊，所以他們說話是這樣的，什么人做了什么事怎么樣的什么地點什么時間。中國人多聰明啊，重要的放后邊，時間啊地點什么的擱前邊。我們是這樣說的，什么時間什么地點某人做了什么，外國人一輩子都搞不懂。還有，中國人經(jīng)常會說：“是的，我沒有。”但英國人一聽就懵了，是的怎么還沒呢？他們只能理解“是的，我有”。學(xué)生一聽，還真是的，這么難的中文我都會了，英語比起漢語真是太簡單了。
